Versa Tile Steel Roof Tile Panel Machine
Versa-Tile modular tile line integrates a roll forming line with a press unit to produce continuous run tiles. The machine can be run without the press unit operation to produce straight roof sheeting as an option. The machine comes with a 13,000 LB ( 6,000 Kg ) motorized decoiler, stand alone hydraulic power pack for the main press unit, free standing control console and run out tables.The tile module can be varied from 3.15 inches ( 80mm ) to 21.65 inches ( 550mm ) with the average module production at 18 feet per minute ( 5.5 metres per minute ). The output speed of the plain roof sheet is 95 feet per minute ( 30 metres per minute )
